摘 要家园合作是幼儿园与家庭沟通的桥梁,其核心目标是为促进幼儿的身心健康和谐发展。当前农村幼儿园与隔代抚养幼儿家庭家园合作的实施过程中,存在对角色认识不足,形式使用率低、趋于表面化,内容不够丰富,各种资源开发不足的问题,祖辈文化程度偏低,教师缺乏积极的职业体验及祖辈对家园合作的认知薄弱是引起这些问题的主要原因。而树立科学的家园合作理念,加强农村幼儿园对隔代抚养幼儿家庭指导的师资力量建设,拓宽幼儿园指导隔代抚养幼儿家庭教育形式等手段可以促进家园合作的有效进行。关键词:农村;幼儿园;隔代抚养;家园合作AbstractHome cooperation is the bridge between kindergarten and family.
