为了更好地了解女大学生在就业时存在的心理偏差问题,对女大学生在进行就业时出现的消极心理的潜在原因进行科学有效地分析,同时做出针对性的调整,对提升女大学生未来的就业品质有重要的现实意义。本课题研究进行的方法主要涵盖着问卷调查、文献查询、人物访谈等,女大学生们在进行就业的过程中容易产生盲目从众、依赖他人、没有信心等消极心理。通过调查了解到造成女大学生产生消极心理的原因,归纳起来有以下几个方面包括用人单位、学校、家庭、自身状况。第一,用人企业或对或少会存在一些性别歧视的问题;第二,学校不关注当代女大学生整体的心理状态;第三,是传统的观念认为女子不如男;最后是女大学生自身的综合素质太差,承受力较弱,过于依赖他人的帮助。因此女大学生就业应该做到以下几点:首先,女大学生应该调适好自己的心理状态,并且使自己的心理承受能力有所提高。其次,分析个人的特长,发挥自身的性别优势。再者,给自己合理定位,有利于在就业过程中能发挥自身的优势。最后,以积极的态度多去尝试以此找到适合自己的职业,从而实现自我的价值。关键词:女大学生;就业;就业心理;自我调适AbstractIn order to better understand the psychological deviation of female college students in employment, scientific analysis of female college students in the employment process of negative psychological causes and make corresponding adjustment, to guide the employment of contemporary female college students have important practical significance.
