企业激励机制研究摘要随着我国经济的快速发展,企业人才在企业的地位越来越重要,并逐渐成为企业的主力军。员工在个性特征、心理需求及价值观念等方面的特殊性,使得传统的管理模式受到挑战。所以,建立科学有效的激励机制,最大限度地激发员工的工作积极性,成为当前我国企业发展亟待解决的重要问题。首先介绍了与员工激励机制相关的国内外研究现状,阐述了员工激励机制的相关理论,分析了企业激励机制存在的主要问题,并从企业外部环境、企业本身、员工个人三个角度对问题产生的原因进行分析。并根据分析所得结论,借鉴国内外一些案例的成功方案,设计了基于物质利益、个人发展及工作环境激励因素的员工激励机制。关键词:企业;激励因素;激励机制AbstractWith China's rapid economic development, enterprise talent is becoming increasingly important in the enterprises, and gradually become the main force of enterprises.
