北京理工大学珠海学院 2020 届本科生毕业论文企业精神福利与员工工作效率关系研究——以科大讯飞知识型员工为例改革开放 30 年来,伴随我国社会转型进程的加快,生活的节奏也日益加快。很多企业员工在与日俱增的竞争和压力下,产生心理和精神层面的问题,他们的精神需求得不到满足,这种情况下迫切需要企业关注此项问题以满足员工的新需求。精神福利是企业为了帮助员工更好地释放压力、解决心理健康问题和完善企业福利体系的新举措。同时,认为通过精神福利的实施,能缓解员工压力和不良心理状态,满足员工精神层面的需求,从而提高员工积极性和工作投入,对工作效率产生积极影响。本文通过问卷调查,以科大讯飞的知识型员工为例,研究企业精神福利与员工工作效率的关系,得出企业精神福利对员工工作效率有正向影响的结论。关键词:精神福利;工作效率;知识型员工;心理健康服务 PAGE \* MERGEFORMAT 24北京理工大学珠海学院 2020 届本科生毕业论文AbstractIn the past 30 years of reform and opening up, with the acceleration of China's social transformation process, the pace of life has been accelerating day by day.
