高职生成就动机、应对方式与学习倦怠的相关研究摘 要本研究采用《成就动机量表》、《应对方式量表》和《学习倦怠量表》对盐城幼儿师范高等专科学校 304 名高职生被试进行问卷调查,研究高职生成就动机、应对方式和学习倦怠的现状,并分析了三者之间的相关性,得出如下结论:(1)高职生成就动机水平较高。高职生成就动机在性别、是否独生子女上存在显著差异。 (2)高职生应对方式水平中等。高职生应对方式在性别、生源地、年级上存在显著差异。(3)高职生学习倦怠水平中等偏下。高职生学习倦怠在性别、年级上存在显著差异。(4)高职生成就动机中的希望成功因子与应对方式中的解决问题因子呈显著正相关;高职生成就动机中的害怕失败因子与应对方式总分及其幻想因子均呈显著的负相关;(5)高职生成就动机中的害怕失败因子与学习倦怠中的身心耗损呈显著正相关、与低成就感呈显著负相关。(6)高职生应对方式总分及其幻想、退避、合理化因子与学习倦怠中的身心耗损因子呈显著正相关,高职生学习倦怠总分与应对方式中的自责因子和退避因子呈显著正相关,与解决问题因子呈显著负相关;学习倦怠中的学业疏离因子与应对方式中的自责因子呈显著正相关,与解决问题因子呈显著负相关。高职生应对方式总分与低成就感因子呈负相关;【关键词】 高职生;成就动机;应对方式;学习倦怠 A Study on Relationship among Achievement Motivation, Coping Style and Learning Burnout of Higher Vocational Colleges AbstractThis research uses the achievement motivation scale,coping style scale and "the learning burnout scale" to yancheng preschool teachers questionnaire survey was conducted among 304 subjects of higher vocational students, research students achievement motivation, approach and the present situation of the learning burnout, and analyzes the correlation between the three, the following conclusions: (1)High vocational achievement motivation level was higher.
