中学生人格特征与心理健康相关研究的元分析摘 要 本文使用元分析方法对国内有关中学生人格特征的三个维度(精神质、内外向性和神经质)与心理健康的关系问题进行了探究，并对分析所得的效果量结果进行了探查。通过从中国知网、维普期刊网和万方数据库中分别以“EPQ”、“SCL-90”和“中学生”为题名进行文献检索和筛选，纳入文献 18 篇，总样本量为 15908。结果表明：（1）中学生的精神质与心理健康的抑郁、焦虑、敌对、偏执有较弱的正相关，与躯体化、强迫、人际敏感、恐怖、精神病性有极其微弱的正相关，与总分无相关；（2）中学生的内外向性与心理健康的躯体化存在较弱的负相关，与强迫、人际敏感、抑郁、焦虑、敌对、恐怖、偏执、精神病性可能存在极其微弱的负相关，与总分无相关；（3）中学生的神经质与心理健康的人际敏感、抑郁、焦虑呈中等强度的正相关，与躯体化、敌对、恐怖、偏执、精神病性正相关较弱，与总分无相关。结论：中学生人格特征的三个维度与心理健康各因子的关系密切，与心理健康因子的总分无关，其中神经质与心理健康各因子的关系密切程度较高。【关键词】 中学生；人格特征；心理健康；元分析 Meta analysis concerning relationship between personality traits and mental health of middle school studentsAbstract In this paper, by using the method of meta analysis ，we made an in-depth study on the relationship between the three dimensions of personality characteristics (Psychoticism, Extraversion and Neuroticism)and mental health among middle students in China ， and explored the moderators of the meta-analysis.
