北京理工大学珠海学院 2020 届本科生毕业设计HS 企业生产管理成本的控制与分析HS 企业生产管理成本的控制与分析摘 要产品的生产时候的管理和控制是企业生产管理中最重要的一部分，生产成本的管理影响着企业利润的高低，是许多企业生产管理工作的重点。精益生产是一个非常有效的管理生产成本的方法模式，也是世界上最优秀最多企业去争相模仿的生产管理成本的模式。精益生产对如何减少浪费，保证产品质量的同时，提高各个岗位工作效率，增加利润有着巨大的作用。本文对 HS 企业的生产管理成本进行研究，先是通过研究了精益生产的理论，概述精益生产的特点、方法和工具，并结合 HS 企业现状分析该企业实施这个方法的好处，其次研究的点是 HS 企业在推行精益生产这方面的内容，利用作业标准化和生产均衡化对 HS 企业的生产管理提出了具体的改善方案，最后是对 HS 企业精益生产的过程中遇到的问题提出建议。关键词：生产成本；精益生产； 成本管理北京理工大学珠海学院 2020 届本科生毕业设计Control and analysis of production management cost in HS enterpriseAbstractThe production management and control of product production is an indispensable part of enterprise production management.
