企业文化落地的概念及意义VIP专享

本科论文摘 要随着国际形势的发展，我国企业的竞争压力逐渐增大，国际宏观形势动荡不安使国内企业也受到一定影响，纷纷进行了企业文化的改革。随着企业文化的改革，企业发展形势有所好转，竞争能力也大大增强，但企业文化存在的一些显著问题也随之而来。本文针对企业文化落地层面，通过经验分析，找出企业文化发展的现状和新的趋势，对企业文化落地的五个载体进行了整理，选用几个典型的企业文化案例，对企业文化落地进行了系统的研究，提出了一些能够帮助企业文化切实有效落地的意见，望能为企业的发展提供帮助。关键词 企业文化，企业文化落地，企业文化建设本科论文AbstractWith the development of the international situation, the competitive pressure of Chinese enterprises has gradually increased, and the turbulent international macroeconomic situation has also affected domestic enterprises to a certain extent, and they have carried out corporate culture reforms.
