I年产 500 吨酱油工厂设计摘要：我国酱油销量随人们生活品质的提升日益增加，顺应市场需求，酱油产业的品质提升以及增加供应必不可少。本篇论文，旨在针对能够年产 500 吨的酱油工厂，进行相对深入的细致设计。设计内容包括设备选型、低盐固态发酵工艺以及工艺计算等。应用本设计工艺，年产 500 吨的酱油工厂成本为 432.33 万元，生产每吨酱油成本为 8646.6 元。关键词：酱油；发酵；工艺流程；工艺计算IIAnnual output of 500 tons of soy sauce plant designAbstract: with the improvement of people's quality of life, the sales volume of soy sauce in China is increasing day by day, which complies with the market demand. It is essential to improve the quality of soy sauce industry and increase the supply. Therefore, this design is about the annual production of 500 tons of soy sauce factory design of the specific content.
