1摘 要本论文采用观察法、田野调查法、访谈法、文献法等研究方法。为了传承弘扬畲族巫舞《奶娘踩罡》的仪式活动。从《奶娘踩罡》表演形式的具体分析入手,探寻在畲家民俗体育的历史过程中,发现《奶娘踩罡》背后孕育着深层次的文化价值,并且呼吁对《奶娘行罡》的仪式活动进行传承[1]。以福建省福安市特有的畲族文化对《奶娘踩罡》的起源、仪式活动、时代价值、以及发展进行分析。研究结果证明“奶娘踩罡”本项活动的历史悠久，非常具有传承意义。仪式活动过程分为 3 个部分：净坛、请神、奶娘踩罡。该活动促进当地畲族的文化价值，增强当地居民体质，也促进当地经济发展趋势。关键词：民俗体育；奶娘踩罡AbstractThis paper adopts the research methods of observation, field investigation, interview and literature.
