北京理工大学珠海学院 2020 届本科生毕业设计年产 4000 吨植酸酶发酵车间设计 年产 4000 吨植酸酶发酵车间设计摘要本次设计是关于年产 4000 吨植酸酶的发酵车间设计。在如今的食品加工工业中, 酶制剂的应用差不多在食品加工的各个领域中都有触及过。在面对酶制剂越来越好的应用上。植酸酶是一类催化植酸和植酸盐水解成无机磷和肌醇的酶。根据酶的性质和机理确定生产工艺流程,根据物料平衡选择合适发酵罐和种子罐。在此基础上得出所需的各种原材料的数量,计算得到了发酵罐、种子罐和通用设备,最后设计了发酵工厂的车间布局,根据计算结果,设计了三幅图,为发酵罐装配图、厂房车间布置图、物料流程图。关键词:植酸酶发酵;工艺设计;衡量衡算。北京理工大学珠海学院 2020 届本科生毕业设计The graduation project's mission is to make a production plant design, whose annual output is 4,000 tons of phytase preparation.AbstractThis design is about the annual output of 4000 tons of phytase fermentation workshop design.In today's food processing industry, enzyme used in almost every field of food processing. In the face of more and more applications of enzyme preparation. Phytase is a kind of phytic acid and phytic acid catalyzed hydrolysis into inorganic phosphorus and inositol. The production process was determined according to the nature and mechanism of the enzyme, and the suitable ferment tank and seed tank were selected according to the material balance. Finally, the workshop layout of the fermentation factory was designed.
