北京理工大学珠海学院 2020 届本科生毕业设计年产 5000 吨荔枝酒工厂设计年产 5000 吨荔枝酒工厂设计摘 要本设计为年产 5000 吨荔枝酒工厂设计,以荔枝(妃子笑)和水为主要原料,通过发酵生产荔枝酒,全年生产天数为 264 天,生产旺季与荔枝成熟季节同步。在考虑到广东省的荔枝产量、地理环境、交通等各项条件之后,对本工厂进行了生产工艺设计、根据查阅到的数据进行物料衡算、以物料衡算结果为基础进行设备选型、还有全厂总平面设计、工厂选址、经济核算以及生产的末端治理等。最后,用 CAD 绘制出设备工艺流程图、生产车间平面布置图和全厂总平面布置图。关键词:荔枝酒;发酵;工艺设计;工厂设计北京理工大学珠海学院 2020 届本科生毕业设计Annual production of 5,000 tons of lychee wine factory designAbstractThis design is designed for an annual output of 5000 tons of litchi wine factory. Litchi (Feizixiao) and water are used as the main raw materials to produce litchi wine through fermentation. The annual production days are 264 days, and the production peak season and litchi mature season are synchronous. After considering the litchi production, geographical environment, transportation and other conditions in Guangdong Province, the production process design, material balance calculation based on the data obtained, equipment selection based on the results of material balance calculation, general layout design of the whole plant, site selection of the plant, economic accounting and production end treatment are carried out.
