新时代金融开放背景下银行业开放的监管问题分析摘 要自金融危机爆发以来，由于经济全球化的影响中国的经济也受到了一定的影响。通过分析本次金融危机可以发现，金融监管的缺失是造成此次严重后果的根本原因。目前，随着我国经济发展的不断壮大，中国的金融业以及全面的对外开放，为了抓住机遇,迎接挑战,促进中国金融业的健康发展，我国必须要借鉴国外针对金融监管的手段，于此同时结合我国具体国情来对我的自身金融监管体制进行完善。因此，本文将以金融监管理论为基础，着重研究我国金融监管现存的一些问题，在学习国外先进监管手段的基础上提出相应的解决方案，以此来使得我国金融行业更加平稳发展。关键词 金融开放；金融监管；经济全球化；制度体制改革Abstract Since the outbreak of the financial crisis, China's economy has also been affected by the impact of economic globalization. Through the analysis of the financial crisis, we can find that the lack of financial supervision is the root cause of the serious consequences. At present, with the continuous growth of China's economic development, China's financial industry and comprehensive opening-up, in order to seize the opportunity, meet the challenges and promote the healthy development of China's financial industry, China must learn from foreign means of financial supervision, at the same time, combined with China's specific national conditions to improve my own financial supervision system.
