基于 Web 的写字楼及其设施的租用管理系统的设计与实现摘 要近些年来，越来越多的人选择创业，而作为创业团队来说，办公场地尤为重要。无论是场地的地理位置，还是场地的租金，都是创业团队需要重点考量的地方。一般外面自己租用的地方可能会议室并不是很好或者空间很小，当有顾客来访问企业的时候，并不能提供很好的停车服务。一个专业办公地点能映射出一个公司的实力，体现一个企业形象。很多中小型创业公司都会把办公地点选在写字楼，这里有不错办公环境，有公共的会议室，还有停车场，是个创业办公的不错之选。但是传统的写字楼相关服务办事的效率并不是很高，一定程度上影响到企业的办事效率，例如入驻写字楼的企业想要申请一个会议室，传统的做法是需要找到写字楼的管理人员进行申请，当有访客来拜访入驻该写字楼的企业时候，需要经过繁琐的操作流程才能进入，这时我们就想，如果能把这些繁琐的工作简单化就好了，这样办事效率就可以大大提高了，所以就引出了我们这个系统的设计，本系统正是为了帮助入驻写字楼的企业提高其生产效率，办事效率。也凸显出该写字楼的专业性。通过软件，互联网的技术，把会议室预约，停车缴费，访客预约等问题，可以通过互联网的方式简单地来实现。关键词：写字楼管理系统；租用；自动化；访客预约Design and Development of Web-based Office Buildingand Facilities Rental Management SystemAbstractIn recent years, more and more people choose to start a business, and as an entrepreneurial team, office space is particularly important.
