摘要:【目的】先天性心脏病的动脉导管未闭患者的肺动脉压力的评估,目前临床上可通过心脏彩超和右心导管检查为主要检测手段,将两种方法检测的肺动脉压力进行对比,明确无创检查和无创检查所得的肺动脉压力是否有所区别。【方法】于 2015 年 12 月至 2017 年 12 月期间,随机选择我院心血管内科收治的 116 例 PDA 患者的病例资料作为研究对象,男性 39 例,女性 77 例,年龄 1~68 岁,体重 7.5~70 kg,术前检查证实为动脉导管未闭(PDA),接受检查项目如下:临床查体、心脏彩超检查、心导管检查等,并且证实并发存在经皮介入封堵术治疗动脉导管未闭指征。在选择研究对象之后,针对患者手术之前接受心脏超声和右心导管所检测的肺动脉压力进行对比。【结果】所有患者在手术之前接受超声心动图估测,其肺动脉收缩压力平均大小为47.41±21.62mmHg。在手术过程中,患者在测的右心导管肺动脉收缩期压力平均大小为 47.72±23.07mmHg,对比差异不明显,不存在统计学差异,故 P 值大于 0.05。【关键词】:动脉导管未闭,经皮介入封堵术,肺动脉压力,超声心动图Abstract:[Objective]To evaluate pulmonary artery pressure in patients with congenital heart disease without patent ductus arteriosus.It is currently clinically possible to compare pulmonary arterial pressure detected by both echocardiography and right heart catheterization.There is a difference in pulmonary arterial pressure between non-invasive and non-invasive tests.[Methods]males and 77 females, aged 1 to 68 years, weighing 7.570 kg,.
