基于财务报告的中信证券投融资问题及对策研究

本科论文摘 要随着金融市场的发展，证券行业也逐渐发展起来，如今证券行业已经成为我国金融业的重要组成部分。但是，在证券行业发展的过程中，由于外部市场影响和公司内部的管理，证券公司在投资和融资方面出现了一些问题。所以，本文以中信证券为例，通过查阅相关资料，对证券公司的投融资进行分析。本文首先阐述了投融资的相关概念、方式及其影响因素，而后从证券行业的现状和中信证券的经营状况及财务状况两方面分析中信证券投融资所处的环境，接着对中信证券投融资现状进行分析并从中找出投融资存在的问题，最后对中信证券的投融资问题提出对策。本文对中信证券投融资进行研究，拓宽了我国对证券公司投融资的案例研究，对解决我国证券公司的投融资问题提供了一定的借鉴意义。关键字：中信证券，投资，融资，问题及对策 本科论文AbstractWith the development of the financial market, the securities industry has gradually developed, and now the securities industry has become an important part of China's financial i-ndustry.
