论 ERP 与电子商务整合的必要性摘要；21 世纪各种技术的飞速发展给企业带来机遇和挑战。电子商务的发展为企业开展对外市场营销提供了一条更为便捷、广阔的渠道，而ERP （Enterprise Resources Planning，企业资源规划）技术的应用可对企业加强内部管理提供强大的技术支持。可以说，电子商务是建立在ERP 的基础之上的应用，ERP 是企业实施电子商务的支撑系统。但由于二者基于不同的技术平台，流程、侧重点都有所差异，如果二者整合起来，将成为增强企业竞争力的一种有效途径。Abstract;21st century the rapid development of technologies to business opportunities and challenges.
