摘 要 本设计的煤矿井通风系统面向新建矿井,在新建的矿井范围之内,地质条件相对简单,水的流入量和瓦斯排放量大,而且存在严重的危险,设计的年产量为0.6Mt/a,矿井第一水平使用寿命为 23a。矿井通风采用竖井开发,矿井通风采用两道通风对角通风。矿井主要通风机采用抽出式通风方式。矿井共有 4 个采煤工作面以及 4 个掘进工作面。采煤方法是单一走向的长壁采煤法,采煤工作面前进方向为后退式。矿井在通风容易时期的总阻力是 2327.82Pa,等积孔为 1.92m2,在通风困难时期的总阻力是 2860Pa,等积孔为 1.74 m2,属于中阻力矿井,矿井的总进风量是78m3/s。其中通风机的型号为 2k60 NO18 型抽出式轴流风机,一共 8 台;电动机的功率为 133KW。本设计与实际情况相结合,采用实用、先进的技术为矿产资源的安全生产奠定了坚实的基础。AbstractMine ventilation system is an important component of the mine production system,It includes mine into, return air inlet and return air roadway layout and form, the mine ventilation line connection.
