论个人信息的法律保护摘 要在我们的日常生活中，信息不可或缺的存在着。但是在现实生活中屡屡发生了个人信息遭受损害的案件，由于立法的缺失找不到相关的解决途径，个人信息的立法工作成为当下司法改革的重中之重。同时我们也要看到，要想更好地保护个人信息，首先有必要理清个人信息的概念、特征，其次洞悉信息保护现状和必要性，最重要的是对其进行法律保护的研究。为此，笔者比较研究了当下对个人信息所设立的不同维护措施，针对从中暴露出来的部分缺陷和潜在的问题，由此提出个人信息保护的立法改革设想及相关配套措施的完善，以期推动个人信息保护正式立法的法律进程。然而笔者的能力有限，本文的论述也尚有许多不足之处，希望更多的专家学者能关注个人信息保护问题，并积极谏言献策，共同助力个人信息保护的进步。关键词：个人信息；立法完善；个人隐私AbstractIn our daily life, information is indispensable.
