本科论文摘 要经历了改革开放，我国经济迅速发展，其中格力电器经过了多年发展，其规模壮大了很多，实力也得到了较大的提升。企业在生存还有发展中，都要要维持一定的资本规模与资本结构。企业的经营和管理始终和大量的资金有关联，而稍微有不慎就会产生资金的缺口，而企业融资就是为了要弥补资金缺口。本文首先从国内外研究现状讲述了融资的概念，具体阐述了融资方式与融资结构的理论知识。然后说明了格力电器公司的具体概况，融资的环境，以及格力电器现行融资模式进行介绍的，分析出其对净现金需求的财务特点，之后，整体来分析这种融资模式具有负债规模过高的问题，最后对于改进格力电器融资方式提出对策建议，包括增强发展能力，提高自身经营能力，优化公司负债结构等相应的解决对策。关键词：格力电器；融资方式 ；融资渠道本科论文AbstractAfter the reform and opening up, China's economy has developed rapidly.
