北京理工大学珠海学院 2017 届本科生毕业论文基于 BIM 技术的房屋建筑项目成本管理研究摘 要作为高技术、高投入、高回报的行业，建筑行业成为一项热门的选择，要想提高工程中的利润，在施工过程中的管理水平与降低成本对于施工企业来说是体现企业竞争力的关键的两大因素。本文以基于 BIM 技术的房屋建筑项目成本管理研究为题，以某校实训楼为研究实例，对该项目的施工阶段基于 BIM5D 平台展开成本管理研究，并且提出相应的意见和对策。首先本文在前期进行资料的收集与阅读工作，基于本论文研究对象对我国与国外的当下研究情况进行研究，然后对 BIM 和成本控制的基本理论和内涵进行详细阐述，对基于 BIM 技术进行成本控制时存在的问题提出促进意见，最后结合具体的项目案例进行了成本管理的分析。关键词：BIM 技术；房屋建筑项目；成本管理I北京理工大学珠海学院 2017 届本科生毕业论文AbstractAs high technology, high investment and high return industry, construction industry has become a popular choice, in order to improve the profits in a project, in the course of the construction management level and reduce the cost for construction company is the key to enterprise competitiveness of the two factors. In this paper, based on BIM technology of housing construction project cost management research, to building a school training as the research example, for the project construction phase BIM5D platform based on cost management research, and put forward the corresponding suggestions and countermeasures.
