基于BIM技术日照市安泰华府项目1号住宅楼工程投标书

I摘 要本次毕业设计主要是依据日照市安泰华府项目 1 号住宅楼的招标文件书、行业技术规范、设计图纸和相关文件编制的基于 BIM 技术的工程投标书。工程投标书包含了商务标、技术标以及结论。商务标包括总说明、工程量的计算以及工程造价的确定；技术标包括编制说明、依据、以及工程概况，施工准备，施工组织设计，施工进度计划，施工方法，保证施工的措施，以及 BIM 技术的应用体现。从质量、进度、成本、安全等方面对标书进行了编制。关键词：工程量；商务标；技术标；施工方法；BIM 技术应用IIAbstract This graduation design is mainly based on the bidding document, industrial technical specifications, design drawings and relevant documents of No.1 residential building of Antai Huafu project in Rizhao City, and the project bidding document based on BIM Technology. The project bid includes the commercial bid, technical bid and conclusion. The commercial bid includes the general description, calculation of quantities and determination of construction cost; the technical bid includes preparation description, basis, project overview, construction preparation, construction organization design, construction schedule, construction method, measures to ensure construction, and application of BIM Technology. The bidding documents are prepared in terms of quality, progress, cost and safety.
