北京理工大学珠海学院 2020 届本科生毕业论文基于云南普者黑景区别墅酒店项目的进度管理分析摘要工程项目进度管理对所有的建筑行业来说意义非凡,不仅是工程管理中的重要组成成分,还与施工质量控制、施工成本控制呈三足立鼎之势,既互相抵制又互相关联。云南普者黑景区别墅酒店项目自开始至项目竣工完成,存在着人为因素、技术因素、材料和设备因素、资金因素、气候因素、机具因素和环境因素等问题,严重影响工程项目的进度。针对上述情况,本文围绕着别墅酒店项目中进度管理这一概念,分析其中存在的问题并对现有资源进行整合,通过自身所学工程管理基础理论,针对性地调查、收集、分析相关资料,研究具有代表性的案例。在保证工程质量合格验收的前提下,提出具有赶工效率的进度计划,督促现场按照施工计划严格执行,不拘于形式应付检查,取得有效的整改进度成果。关键词:工程管理;进度管理;管理方案;整改措施I北京理工大学珠海学院 2020 届本科生毕业论文AbstractProject schedule management is of great significance to all construction industries. It is not only an important component of project management, but also a tripod potential with construction quality control and construction cost control. It is both resistant and related to each other.
