基于职业生命周期理论的酒店员工培训模式优研究VIP专享

摘 要近年，随着经济不断提高，我国酒店行业得到了迅猛发展，但是在酒店行业的背后也出现了许多问题。本文研究旨在以宁德富力万达嘉华酒店为对象，通过对培训理论进行收集和整理，深入地分析与讨论酒店员工培训及培训模式的情况，根据酒店行业及其员工培训中存在的培训内容单一、培训方式传统等问题，在职业生命周期理论的基础上，提出培训模式优化的相应措施，例如，丰富培训内容，更新培训方式等，以通过提高酒店员工培训水平，进而帮助企业获取竞争优势。关键词：职业生命周期；员工培训；培训模式优化；宁德富力万达嘉华酒店AbstractIn recent years, with the continuous improvement of the economy, China's hotel industry has developed rapidly, but there are many problems behind the hotel industry.
