摘 要近年,随着经济不断提高,我国酒店行业得到了迅猛发展,但是在酒店行业的背后也出现了许多问题。本文研究旨在以宁德富力万达嘉华酒店为对象,通过对培训理论进行收集和整理,深入地分析与讨论酒店员工培训及培训模式的情况,根据酒店行业及其员工培训中存在的培训内容单一、培训方式传统等问题,在职业生命周期理论的基础上,提出培训模式优化的相应措施,例如,丰富培训内容,更新培训方式等,以通过提高酒店员工培训水平,进而帮助企业获取竞争优势。关键词:职业生命周期;员工培训;培训模式优化;宁德富力万达嘉华酒店AbstractIn recent years, with the continuous improvement of the economy, China's hotel industry has developed rapidly, but there are many problems behind the hotel industry.
