会展场馆经营管理模式研究摘 要 会展场馆经营管理已经成为现代服务业经营管理的十分重要的构成部分。随着我国会展产业不断发展，我国会展业对国民经济发展也有了突飞猛进的推动作用。尽管如此，近些年随着市场竞争不断加强，各类型会展馆兴起，以方便为会展业发展提供便利。我国目前会展场馆经营管理模式受到人员、基础设施等因素发展存在一定问题，影响会展业深化发展。本文将选择上海会展场馆为例，对其经营管理模式进行研究，希望能对我国会展场馆经营管理模式完善提供建议。关键词 会展场馆；经营管理模式；思考Research on the operation and management mode of exhibition venuesAbstract The management of exhibition venues has become a very important part of modern service industry management.
