本科论文摘 要世界在政治和经济方面走向一体化，随着经济全球化影响，我国企业也逐步由国内市场过渡到国际市场，产品流通走向多元化进行发展的趋势，也由此造成我国中小型企业不得不转变自身发展类型，更好的融入国际化战略中，经济全球化对我国企业来说，主要有两个特征：一是集中化,使规模不断的改迸，更加集中发展。二是效率化，提高效益及效率是我国中小企业发展的重点。经济全球化对我国中小企业发展来说是一把双刃剑，既带来新的机遇也带来了新的挑战，因此我国中小企业面临着诸多风险。本文将从我国中小企业国际化战略概念入手并分析中小企业的发展现状以及存在的问题，然后采用条件分析方法进行分析，同时对中小企业国际化战略中的风险进行剖析，进而进行风险规避的研究。在国际化战略发展的形势下，我国中小企业取得了不少的进展，但是，还是存在很多不足，我国许多中小企业在国际化战略经营过程中,在资金、技术、物力、人才、管理等方面都存在各种各样的问题。这些风险也是无处不在的，因此本文针对中小企业在国际化经营中存在的问题风险成因进行分析,并提出了与之相对应的规避措施。关键词：国际化战略，风险，规避本科论文AbstractWith the influence of economic globalization, China's enterprises are gradually changing from domestic market to international market, and the product circulation is becoming diversified.
