摘 要随着中国在国际舞台上的地位逐渐上升,作为崛起中的大国,并且伴随着经济的全球化,中国的对外贸易竞争力也持续增长。国内牛肉产品出口产业虽起步晚于欧美等发达国家,但由于中国改革开放的不断深入和扩大,中国的牛肉产品出口产业已经发展成为一种有竞争力的畜牧生产行业之一。内蒙古自治区是中国最大的畜牧区,牛肉产业是该自治区的传统卓越产业,每年的牛肉、羊肉生产和出口都居全国前列。但是,面对国际市场日趋白热化的趋势,内蒙古中蒙华通进出口贸易有限公司的牛肉产品在国际市场上的竞争力如何,这也是内蒙古牛肉出口产业面临的重要问题。内蒙古牛肉出口竞争力和国际牛肉生产和出口大国,如美国、澳大利亚等国仍有着较大的差距。为促进内蒙古牛肉产业发展和贸易出口,提出了通过科技创新等措施提高牛肉产业技术含量;规范和完善牛肉卫生法律法规、冲破国外贸易技术壁垒以及创造优势品牌等提高牛肉产品的国际竞争力的政策和建议。本文采用定量和定性研究方法,对内蒙古牛肉出口的比较优势和国际竞争力的长期变化趋势,以及内蒙古牛肉产品国际竞争力的总体变化趋势进行了研究。关键词:牛肉出口;竞争力;国际贸易;技术壁垒AbstractAs China's status on the international stage gradually rises, as a rising big country, and with the economic globalization, China's foreign trade competitiveness has continued to grow.
