平台企业的海外并购研究【摘要】在经济全球化的驱动下，不论是中国国内的并购还是海外并购，数量都呈上升的趋势；互联网的迅速成长带动了平台经济的发展，中国的经济的飞跃以及平台经济理论发展，为平台企业的出现做好了铺垫，平台企业的爆发式成长，单一的国内市场已经不能满足其发展，为了使企业竞争力增强，许多平台企业都走上了海外并购的道路。在平台经济理论下，对平台企业海外并购相关的理论进行概括整理，分析了平台企业海外并购动因，并对我国企业的海外并购进行 SWOT 分析，在此理论基础上对平台企业中具有代表性的平台企业海外收购案例——对阿里巴巴收购东南亚电子商务公司 LAZADA 进行了研究，分析其并购 LAZADA 的动因和风险，并从中得到启示。研究平台经济的海外并购有助于平台经济以及平台企业的成长和完善。【关键词】平台企业；海外并购；动因分析；风险分析Research on overseas mergers and acquisitions of platform enterprises[Abstract] Driven by economic globalization, the number of both domestic and overseas mergers and acquisitions in China is on the rise.
