北京理工大学珠海学院 2020 届本科生毕业论文基于 PLC 的控制分拣机械手设计——硬件设计北京理工大学珠海学院 2020 届本科生毕业论文基于 PLC 的控制分拣机械手设计——硬件设计摘 要 本次设计在研究了近年来机械手发展状况的基础上,针对人类繁重的劳动,以及工业生产之中人工作业存在的安全隐患等问题提出了将 PLC 控制与气动控制相结合的机械手设计,运用了机械手技术作为设计基础,设计了整体结构、执行结构、驱动系统和控制系统,提出基于 PLC 以及气动控制的分拣机械手,进行产品的分拣工作。通过对实现分拣功能进行深入研究,结合控制系统以及硬件选用的优缺点仔细分析,在实现分拣功能的基础上进行了部分优化,并设计绘制了相应电路接线图等一系列设计图纸。设计出了采用气动进行驱动的,PLC 进行控制的简单易操作的,有实际意义的物料分拣机械手,可以为现代工业生产提供部分数据支持以及技术支撑。关键词:机械手;气动控制;可编程控制器(PLC);自动化控制;物料分拣北京理工大学珠海学院 2020 届本科生毕业论文PLC-based control sorting manipulator design-hardware designAbstractIn this design, based on the study of the development of manipulators in recent years, the design and application of manipulators combining PLC control and pneumatic control are proposed for the problems of human heavy labor and the hidden safety hazards of manual operations in industrial production.
