本科论文国内证券业上市公司资本结构与公司绩效关系研究摘 要从我国近几十年的发展状况来看，证券公司在我国经济发展中的地位越来越高，发挥的作用也是越来越大。证券公司作为中介机构，无论在金融业还是在我国的整个经济系统之中都发挥着极其重要的作用，任何机构的发展都离不开持续稳定的经营，因此，本文在专家学者研究的基础上，结合行业发展现状，通过对样本数据进行回归分析，得出分析结论，并对发现的相关问题提出建议，优化公司资本结构，促进行业健康持续发展。关键字：证券业，上市公司，资本结构与公司绩效，关系研究AbstractFrom the perspective of China's development in recent decades, securities companies are playing a more and more important role in China's economic development. As an intermediary in the securities industry, securities companies are playing an increasingly important role in China's financial industry and even the whole economic system. The stable operation of companies is closely related to the healthy development of China's economy.
