I摘 要文章设计了硅铁电炉烟气袋式除尘装置。设计内容主要包括除尘设备、清灰方式、滤料的选取、设备布置设计、工艺系统图的绘制。通过对比了各类除尘器原理、烟气及粉尘的性质等各方面因素,最终选取了袋式除尘器作为本次设计的除尘设备,清灰方式选用属于高动能的脉冲喷吹清灰方式,选取涤纶针刺毡用于硅铁电炉除尘的过滤材料;设计硅铁电炉烟气袋式除尘系统,建立除尘器的总体设计及计算,其中包括对冷却器、除尘器、管道、烟囱的计算,根据总阻力损失和风量对风机和电动机进行选型,最后根据设计计算的结果使用 AutoCAD 绘图软件绘制出工艺系统。关键词:冷却器;袋式除尘器;脉冲喷吹清灰;涤纶针刺毡IIAbstractThe article designs a bag-type dust collector for the ferrosilicon electric furnace.
