环境科学与工程-某工厂电炉烟气袋式除尘装置设计论文

I摘 要文章设计了硅铁电炉烟气袋式除尘装置。设计内容主要包括除尘设备、清灰方式、滤料的选取、设备布置设计、工艺系统图的绘制。通过对比了各类除尘器原理、烟气及粉尘的性质等各方面因素，最终选取了袋式除尘器作为本次设计的除尘设备，清灰方式选用属于高动能的脉冲喷吹清灰方式，选取涤纶针刺毡用于硅铁电炉除尘的过滤材料；设计硅铁电炉烟气袋式除尘系统，建立除尘器的总体设计及计算，其中包括对冷却器、除尘器、管道、烟囱的计算，根据总阻力损失和风量对风机和电动机进行选型，最后根据设计计算的结果使用 AutoCAD 绘图软件绘制出工艺系统。关键词：冷却器；袋式除尘器；脉冲喷吹清灰；涤纶针刺毡IIAbstractThe article designs a bag-type dust collector for the ferrosilicon electric furnace. The design content mainly includes dust removal equipment, dust removal method, filter selection, equipment configuration design and process system diagram drawing.By comparing various factors such as the principle of various dust collectors, the properties of flue gas and dust, and finally selected the bag dust collector as the dust removal equipment of this design. The dust removal method is a pulse blasting method with high kinetic energy.
