毕业设计(论文)题 目 仙游电站水泵水轮机 结构设计 专 业 热能与动力工程 班 级 动 093 班 学 生 **** 指导老师 *** 教授 2024 年仙游蓄能电站水泵水轮机结构设计摘 要抽水蓄能电站在电网中担任填谷调峰的关键作用,对提高电网供电质量和电网灵活性有着十分重要的意义。安装在抽水蓄能电站的水泵水轮机,需要根据电网的调度在水轮机和水泵两种工况间转换运行,以此完成调频调峰等重要任务。由于水头高、转速高、容量大、运行工况复杂、起停频繁等特点,因而决定了水泵水轮机在结构上表现出独有的特征.仙游蓄能水电厂从电站规模、机组容量与高水头水泵水轮机等方面而言,都是极具代表性的抽水蓄能电站。本次毕业设计就是以该电站为对象,通过查阅相关资料与水轮机设计手册,辅助以 CAD 绘图工具,对其混流式水泵水轮机结构进行设计,绘制了总装配图,导水机构装配图,导叶布置图,主轴零件图。关键词:仙游蓄能电站, 水泵水轮机, 结构设计,CADThe Structural Design of Pump-turbine inFujian Xianyou Pumped Storage Power stationAbstract Pumped storage power stationplays a pivotal role in peka-clipping of power grid,being significant to improve the quality of power supply and the flexibility of power network.Pump-turbine , which is specially applied to pumped storage power station,transfers between turbine and pump according to the manage of power grid to fulfil the vital task of peak regulation and frequency adjustment.
