本 科 毕 业 论 文题 目:多级注水泵首级叶轮应力分析学生: 学 号: 专业班级:过程装备与控制工程 2024 级 6 班指导老师: 年 月 日多级注水泵首级叶轮应力分析摘 要油田投入开发以后,随着开采时间的增长,就要不断地消耗油层本身能量,油层压力就会不断下降,造成地下亏空,为了保持或提高油层压力,必须与时地用注水泵对油田实行配产配注。叶轮作为多级注水泵的重要部件,对其进行应力与变形分析,为提高多级注水泵的性能,优化叶轮结构,指导设计生产提供参考依据。本文利用大型有限元软件ANSYS13.0对叶轮结构进行有限元分析,得到了叶轮在各种载荷形式下的应力、应变与变形情况。结果表明,在各种载荷形式下,叶轮的应力与变形情况均在安全围。关键词:多级注水泵;叶轮;有限元分析Analysis on the Stress in First Stage Impeller of the Multistage Injection Pump AbstractAfter oil-field devotion development,along with mine time of growth,will constantly consume oil layer energy,the pressure of oil layerwill continue todecline,resulting in the deficit of underground.In order to maintainorimprove the pressure of oil layer,mustbein a timely mannerwiththeinjection pumpontheoil field to replenish groundwater. Asan important componentofthe multistage injection pump,stressand deformation analysis of it will be the reference of it that to improvethe pump′s performance and the optimal design of it,also guide the production.In this paper,the finite element analysis is made to the structure of the impeller by ANSYS software,the stress and strain and deformation of the impeller are gained under the load.
