年产 400 万吨早强型高铝水泥工艺设计Process Design of Early Strength High Alumina Cement with 400 millionTons Annual Output学 生 学 号学 生专 业 班 级指 导 老 师联合指导老师完 成 日 期化 工 学 院Jilin Institute of Chemical Technology摘 要本设计任务是设计年产400万吨早强型高铝水泥生产线。主要是以铝矾土和石灰石为主要原料,加入适当比例的粉煤灰和石膏,采纳熔融法生产高铝水泥。高铝水泥具有早期强度高、耐高温、抗渗性好等特点,在工业生产中有着广泛应用。本设计在熟练掌握了高铝水泥的生产原理、方法、工艺流程与国外进展现状的基础上,经过物料平衡计算、热量衡算窑的选型、物料的储存和均化、各生产设备工艺设计和主机选型、厂址选择与简单的技术经济分析等步骤。绘制了窑尾剖面图、窑尾基础平面图、厂区总平面布置图、窑尾工艺流程图,共4,并编写了设计说明书和设计计算书。关键词:高铝水泥;新型干法水泥;回转窑;水泥粉磨AbstractThis design task is to design an annual output of 4 million tons of early strength of high alumina cement production line. Mainly based on bauxite and limestone as the main raw material, by adding an appropriate proportion of fly ash and gypsum, and use the melt produce of high alumina cement. Alumina cement with high early strength, high temperature resistance, impermeability, it has been widely used in industrial production. On the basis of mastered the principle of the production of high alumina cement, process and development in the world ,counted after the calculations of material balance, heat balance, the selection of the kiln, materials storage and homogenization, the production equipment process design and host selection, site selection, and simple technical and economic analysis . Draw a total of four diagrams,they are kiln inlet section, kiln inlet basic plan, the total plant layout plan, kiln process flow and the preparation of design specifications and design calculations.Key...
