开放式形位误差在线检测上位机 SPC 软件设计摘 要随着我国工业的不断进展,检测技术在装备制造业的地位也日益重 要。而作为生产操作指导的有力工具,研制适用于生产线工位需求的小型化、操作简便、检测模式灵活的在线仪器具有十分重要的意义。此次设计的主要意义是检测工业现场加工零件的精度以降低次品率,提高工厂生产效率。通过在上位机设计不同的组态表达式及对应的组态按键,按下不同按键用串口通信指导下位机测量不同的组态,如:圆度、线性度、平行度、最大值最小值。在工件表面的不同位置设置几个电感传感器,先检测标准件的数据,再检测所需工件的数据,将两个数据做差得到的数据值通过信号调理电路传送到 ADUC812 的 AD 模块,进行 AD 转换。同时对单片机进行编程,实现 12864 液晶显示,矩阵键盘按键控制菜单显示,以及与上位机部分进行串口通讯。通过串口将数据传送到上位机软件,并在上位机对数据进行实时图形显示和 SPC(过程统计控制)参数统计,根据所得参数值对工业生产过程进行在线检测和实时控制。实现对生产操作的指导和产品质量的控制。关键词 开放式在线检测;传感器组态模式;SPC 统计过程控制;数据采集;串口通信;ADUC812Software Design for the Host Computer SPC Function of Open Form Mode-Line Testing Error of Shape and PositionAbstractWith the continuous development of our industry, the position of the detection technology in the equipment manufacturing industry is also increasingly important.
