我国中小型民营企业新型激励机制的运用

试论我国中小型民营企业 新型激励机制的建立内容提要 民营经济的进展是中国经济持续进展的重要保证，也是社会主义市场经济重要的组成部分。随着我国加入WTO，民营企业面临的竞争对手不再局限于国内，增强民营企业的竞争力，已刻不容缓。本文分析了我国民营企业现阶段员工激励机制的现状和缺点，在此基础上提出了新型激励机制，并对其在民营企业的运用进行了阐述。本文分以下几个部分： 第一部分主要是对民营企业现状和问题进行了阐述，指出我国民营企业现有的激励机制已不适应于企业的进展，需要一种新的员工激励机制。 第二部分主要是建立一种新型民营企业激励机制，他能解决现阶段民营企业在员工激励方面存在的问题。 第三部分主要是分析新型激励机制在我国民营企业中运用的可行性，并对其应用具体方法进行了阐述。 关键词：民营企业 缺点 新型激励机制 AbstractThe development of private economy is an important insurance of China's sustained economic development, it is a component with important socialist market economy too.
