我国民营企业国际化经营策略浅析摘要随着经济全球化的进展和市场竞争的日趋激烈，实施跨国经营进展战略已成为我国民营企业进展的必定趋势。在后金融危机的国际大环境下，近年来我国民营企业有着较大的进展，同时也由于我国国家政策和市场风险以与民营企业自身等因素致使民营企业面临一系列问题。文章在分析我国民营企业国际化经营的现状的基础上提出了相关的解决对策，以利于为民营企业的国际化经营营造良好的环境。[关键词] 民营企业国际化经营“走出去”战略AbstractWith the development of economic globalization and the increasingly fierce market competition， the implementation of transnational business development strategy has become an inevitable trend of development of private enterprises.
