讨论生学位论文我国远洋运输业国际竞争战略讨论摘 要经济全球化的飞速进展，使国际竞争空前加剧。国际竞争必定呼唤国际竞争战略。因而制定出适合自身特点的国际竞争战略，对我国企业来说十分重要，直接面对国际竞争的远洋运输业企业更是如此。本文通过对我国远洋运输业所面临的外部环境中的机会与风险、行业部（主要是以中国远洋运输集团为背景）的优势与劣势的分析，制定出了我国远洋运输业企业迎接国际竞争挑战的竞争战略，并提出了一些具体的战略措施和行动策略，以与进展我国远洋运输业的若干宏观对策建议。关键词：企业战略、国际竞争战略、远洋运输业、中远集团ABSTRACTWith the rapid developing of economy globalization, the worldwide competition becomes more and more turbulent. The turbulent international competitive environment led to a number of different perspectives on how companies can build competitive advantage in worldwide business. So it is very important for the Chinese enterprises that they must constitute the most fitting international competition strategy to themselves. It is more important to Chinese ocean-shipping enterprises, as they are facing to the global competition more directly. By the analysis of the opportunities and treats of the external environment, the strengths and weakness internal the Chinese ocean-shipping enterprises, this thesis constituted the international competition strategy of the Chinese ocean-shipping enterprises on how to face to the global competition.
