房地产上市公司股权结构与经营绩效的相关性讨论摘要上市公司股权结构与公司绩效的讨论,一直是理论界和实业界讨论的热点和难点问题,不同的观点交织碰撞,结论相差甚远。股权结构作为公司产权基础不但决定公司治理的有效性,而且决定公司的经营绩效。只有合理的股权结构才能完善公司的治理结构,进而使公司取得良好的经营业绩。中国上市公司股权结构的缺陷是客观存在的,多数相关的实证分析对此进行了印证。本文以房地产上市公司为样本,采集了 2024-2024 年的数据,提出股权结构与公司绩效之间的假设,运用回归分析的方法对数据做出相应的处理,验证假设。然后根据实证分析得出的结论,提出相应的政策建议。关键词:股权结构;股权属性;股权集中度;公司绩效AbstractOwnership structure and corporate performance of listed companies has been the hot and difficult problems of theory and businessmen studies, different perspectives interwoven collision, concluding a far cry. The shareholding structure as the basis of company property will not only determine the effectiveness of corporate governance, but also determine the company's operating performance. The only reasonable equity structure in order to improve the company's governance structure, and thus make the company achieved good operating results. The defects of the equity structure of listed companies in China is an objective reality, most empirical analysis confirms this. Listed real estate companies as samples, collected data of 2024-2024, between the proposed ownership structure and corporate performance assumptions, using regression analysis of the data to make appropriate processing, verify assumptions.
