摘 要 摩托车连杆滚针轴承的运动及受力状态比较复杂,现针对某型号发动机的连杆滚针轴承失效样品作失效分析。分析表明承受载荷过大,滚针的表面应力分布不均,保持架和连杆的结构强度和耐磨性不足等原因是连杆滚针轴承发生早期失效的主要因素。针对产品的失效原因,提出滚针的凸度技术以消除滚针的边缘效应,提出保持架和连杆的热处理技术以改善保持架和连杆的抗疲劳能力和耐磨性等工艺改进方案,协助生产厂家改进产品性能并提高其使用寿命。关键词 滚针轴承;失效分析;工艺改进;摩托车Abstract Motion of motorcycle connecting rod needle bearing and force it bears are very complicated.
