数控机床排屑装置设计说明

摘 要机械加工时所产生铁屑的收集，搬运和冷却液的别离处理，对加工精度，效能和品质等有很大的影响。因此在金属加工线上的铁屑搬运装置就扮演了相称重要的功能。刮板式输送机作为铁屑输送机中的一种，是一种挠性牵引的连续输送机械。它的牵引机构是刮板链，承载装置是中部槽，刮板链安装在中部槽的槽面。中部槽沿运输路线全线铺设，刮板链绕经机头、机尾的链轮接成封闭形置于中部槽中，可与机床加工机械和输送机推移装置配套。刮板输送机在使用中要受拉、压、弯曲、冲击摩擦和腐蚀等多种作用，因此，必须有足够的强度、刚度、耐磨和耐腐蚀性。由于它的运输方式是物料和刮板链都在槽滑行，因此运行阻力和磨损都很大。关键词：铁屑输送机；刮板输送机；刮板链；强度AbstractIron generated when machining the collection, handling and separation process of the cooling liquid, on the machining accuracy, performance, and quality has a great influence. Its traction is scraper chain, carrying device is a central trough, scraper chain installed in the central groove groove surface. Central groove along the transport route across the board laying around by scraper chain nose, tail sprocket connected to form a closed shape placed in the middle slot,can be used with the machine processing machinery and conveyors goes devices supporting. Scraper conveyor in use to tension, compression, bending, impact and corrosion and other effects of friction, therefore, must have sufficient strength, stiffness, wear and corrosion resistance.
