摘 要本文主要介绍了新型变频化螺杆式空气压缩机的进展和特点,以与空气压缩机的变频化控制所带来的行业新变革。文章在分析和比较了空气压缩机的进展现状和特点的基础上,结合工厂生产需求的实际情况,本着节能、环保、高效的理念,设计了一套以变频调速技术为基础的空压机恒压供气系统。该系统综合运用变频调速技术以与自动控制技术,实现了空压机恒压供气的自动控制并且配套热回收装置和组合式干燥机,确保了工艺生产的用气要求,同时也保证了压缩空气系统维持在最佳的运行状态。关键词:变频;节能;应用AbstractThis paper mainly introduces the developmentand characteristicsofthenewfrequency conversionofscrew air compressorsand the new change inaircompressorfrequencycontrolindustry.
