摘 要本次毕业设计题目为铭扬综合办公楼设计。总建筑面积约为 5823 m2,采纳 6 层混凝土框架结构,位于非抗震地区,首层层高为 4.5m,其他层高为 3.6m,抗震设防烈度 6 度。本次设计分为建筑设计、结构设计与施工组织设计三部分。本计算书包括了整个设计的计算过程与相关的说明。其中建筑设计主要有建筑平面、剖面、立面设计,还包括建筑细部构造设计等;结构设计主要有结构布置、结构选型、一榀框架的完整计算:包括荷载计算、力计算、力组合、截面设计与配筋计算。此外,还有柱下基础、现浇板等构件的设计。在手算的基础上,还使用了 PKPM 系列结构设计专用软件进行了电算校核,并对手算与电算结果进行了分析比较。本设计基本符合施工图要求,符合毕业设计要求。关键词:建筑设计;结构设计;结构布置;荷载与力计算;D 值法;弯矩二次分配法ABSTRACTThe title of this thesis design is MingyangOfficeBuilding. Total construction area is about 5823 sq.m, frame structure, 6 floors. The height of the first floor is 4.5m, the others is 3.6m. The design strength of anti-earthquake is 6 degrees.This design is divided into three parts: architectural design, structure design and construction organization design. This thesis includes all the calculations of the design process and related elucidations. Among the architectural design, primarily there are building plane design, building facade design and the design of the building profile, and there are other detail structural design in this part. Among the structural design, primarily there are the arrangement of structure, the selection of structure type, a complete calculation of one part of the frame (includes the calculation of load and force, combination of forces, design of section and calculation of reinforcement).
