摘 要企业的良好发展以及市场占有率的提高，这两目标的实现关乎企业如何规范管理。由于固定资产相较于其他部分而言是比较有难度的，并且在企业资产的组成部分分析以及所占比例对比中，固定资产占其较多比例。因此固定资产管理是企业管理其中一个重要部分，是企业发展过程中的重点对象。一个企业具有推动经济发展的重要力量，企业对固定资产进行有效的管理，可以达到提高企业管理水平的目标。鉴于固定资产属于企业的劳动手段之一，其与企业的产品生产经营的环节以及企业与产品市场联系的环节具有重要的联系，本篇论文将通过企业现实情况反映金发科技固定资产管理的现实状况，分析出企业固定资产管理存在的问题，通过问题找本质，找到产生问题的原因，最后提出有关改善企业固定资产管理的建议和提升管理水平的对策。有效的固定资产管理可以将固定资产使用效率发挥最大化，提升企业的管理水平，提升企业在产品市场上的竞争能力。加强企业固定资产管理对于企业的顺遂发展有很重要的意义。关键词：金发科技 固定资产管理 运行效率 竞争能力AbstractThe good development of enterprises and the increase of market share, the realization of these two goals is related to how to standardize the management of enterprises.
