摘要现有的传统电动机在运行时所依靠的双闭环调速系统主要是通过对继电器,PI 调节其和其他调教系统来实现对运转的平稳控制,。但是在长期使用之后继电器,电器元件和继承运算放大器会产生老化故障,而且工作可靠性也会因为其复杂的接线网络而有所降低。但是如果在设计直流电动机双闭环调速系统的过程中融入 PLC 理念就可以很好地规避上面的问题,而且新的系统在调整修改参数和具体运作的过程中都可以表现出很好的便捷性和性价比。除此以外,通过 PLC 实现控制的直流电动机双闭环调速系统的控制模式实现了数字化,在故障率降低的同时还可以结合组态王软件实现仿真控制。关键词:PLC;PWM;组态王1AbstractThe traditional double-loop DC motor speed control system uses relay control, plus PI regulator and correction device to achieve stable operation of the control system.
