摘 要企业的资金筹集活动的主要目的是扩大自己的生产规模来提高自己的经济效益，企业在追求利益的时候，一定会产生伴随着收益出现的风险，面对风险，我们要有正确的理解以及积极解决问题的思维，因此，防止和管理筹资风险的恶化是财务管理的重要部分。本文通过分析深圳初新好公司，对借入资金风险高、自有资金风险高、以及筹资结构风险高这三个问题进行研究，建议通过筹措长期资金来提高流动比率、通过增资发行新股来增加自有资金、以及通过发行优先股来调整资本结构，以期对深圳初新好公司未来的发展起到一定的积极作用，同时给其他类似企业筹资风险管理提供一条可以借鉴的思路。关键词：筹资 筹资风险 风险管理 AbstractThe main purpose of enterprises' fund-raising activities is to expand their production scale to improve their economic benefits. The risk always along with interest.When enterprises pursue benefits, there must be risks. In the face of risks, we need to have a correct understanding and actively solve problems. Therefore, preventing and managing the deterioration of financing risks is an important part of financial management. This paper analyzes the three problems of Shenzhen Chu Xin Hao company: high risk of borrowed funds, high risk of self owned funds and high risk of financing structure.
