发电式健身自行车设计摘要现在社会上的人们普遍都缺乏健身的时间,再加上现阶段能源短缺所带来的影响已经越来越大,针对这一问题,本论文提出一种发电式健身自行车。发电式健身自行车的设计目标是将代步、健身、发电集于一体的新型自行车,它能够使人们在骑行的过程中达到健身的效果;也能够通过两个自发电的方式,把骑行中的动能转换成电能使用。发电式健身自行车的传动装置主要采用链和圆锥齿轮的传动方式,并通过 UG 对发电式健身自行车进行三维建模,分析可行性。发电式健身自行车发电方式,设计了两个方法,一个是通过车轮带动半支驱永磁同步发电机,当发电机开始转速,就发出交流电,通过三相全波整流,转变成直流电输出,并储存在蓄电池中;另一种发电方式是基于线圈切割磁感线发电,经电路模块输出稳定电压电流,供给移动电源。通过对发电式健身自行车的设计研究,掌握了发电式健身自行车的工作原理和设计方法,同时对自行车、永磁同步电机以及切割磁感线发电的方式以及其工作特点有了进一步的认识,为自行车的和发电系统的优化改进指明了方向。关键词:自行车;链传动;圆锥齿轮传动;永磁同步电机;线圈切割磁感线The design of power generation exercise bikeAbstractNow people in the society generally lack of fitness time, coupled with the current energy shortage has brought more and more influence, in order to solve this problem, this paper proposes a kind of power-generating exercise bike.
