I题 目：北京蓝色未来幼儿园供应商选择及评价摘 要本文首先介绍了北京蓝色未来幼儿园基本情况，在进行分析的时候采用的是现有供应商选择方法；然后结合采购背景以及相关数据和技术去识别幼儿园在选择供应商时面临的风险，在此条件下，在对评价供应商的指标体系进行选择的时候，要将四个一级和十三个二级指标分别建立起来；最后，采用定量与定性相结合的办法进行分析，在进行供应商选择的时候，利用 AHP 对相关指标的权重加以计算，然后在整体上采用模糊综合分析法对其进行评价，构建在 AHP 基础上的评价体系。研究结果显示，就一级指标而言，在进行幼儿园供应商选择时应该给予成本相关指标更多的关注，其权重接近 0.469，在所有权重中数值最大；而就二级指标而言，产品价格和产品合格率两项指标依次占有最大的权重。在分析北京蓝色未来幼儿园供应商时要运用该模型进行实例分析，最终得出研究结论，并提出相关建议。关键词：北京蓝色未来幼儿园 供应商选择评价 层次分析法 模糊综合评价II Abstract In this paper, it first introduces the basic situation of Beijing Blue Future Kindergarten, and analyzes the methods of existing supplier selection. Then, from the background of procurement, financial data and technical aspects, this paper carries out the risk identification of the selection supplier for Beijing Blue Future Kindergarten. On this basis, the Supplier Selection Evaluation Index system of 4 first-grade indexes and 13 second-grade indexes is established.
