摘 要 过氧化氢酶(CAT)是生物体内一种非常重要的抗氧化防御功能酶。本论文以大黄鱼为研究对象,通过在基础饲料中添加不同比例的中草药复方(太子参、巴戟、当归、枸杞、茯苓、白术等),探究饲料中添加复方中草药对大黄鱼过氧化氢酶基因表达的影响。饲喂 30 天后,以大黄鱼脾脏组织为实验材料,通过实时荧光定量 PCR 技术,分析各实验组中过氧化氢酶基因的相对表达变化。结果显示:与对照组相比,各实验组中该基因的表达均出现了不同程度的下降,E4 组的表达量下降最多(61%),其次是 E1 组(60%),但是各组间均无显著性差异(P 大于 0.05)。本研究结果为中草药作为饵料添加剂在大黄鱼饲料中的应用提供了基础数据,也为中草药作为鱼类免疫增强剂提供了前期研究基础。关键词:大黄鱼;复方中草药;过氧化氢酶Abstract Catalase (CAT) is a very important antioxidant defense enzyme in vivo. In this paper, the large yellow croaker as the research object, through adding different proportion of Chinese herbal compound (Radix Pseudostellariae, Morinda officinalis, angelica, wolfberry, Poria cocos, Atractylodes macrocephala, etc.) to the basic feed, to explore the effect of adding compound Chinese herbal medicine to the feed on the expression of catalase gene of large yellow croaker. After 30 days of feeding, the spleen of Pseudosciaena crocea was used as experimental material to analyze the relative expression of catalase gene in each experimental group by real-time fluorescence quantitative PCR. The results showed that: compared with the control group, the expression of the gene decreased in different degrees in each experimental group, the expression of E4 group decreased most (61%), followed by E1 group (60%), but there was no significant difference between the groups (P > 0.05).
