题 目 ： 包头师范学院 2016 级体育师范生教师 职业技能存在的问题及对策研究 摘 要教师职业技能的形成与发展是一名教师成长、达到一定职业技能的必经之路。作为体育教师后备队伍的体育师范生，如何能更好的掌握教师职业技能，为师范生在踏上工作岗位时能缩短入职后的适应期。笔者认为在教师专业发展的背景下，对体育师范生应该要具备的职业技能进行调查分析具有非常重要意义。本文以包头师范学院 2016 级体育师范生教师职业技能存在的问题为研究对象，通过对有关实习学校的 70 名指导老师进行调查，采用文献资料法、问卷调查法、访谈统计法对体育师范生在教学技能现状和问题进行分析，并提出针对职前教学技能对策及建议。通过调研发现包头师范学院 2016 级体育师范生教师存在体育教学技能不足、教案书写能力一般、看、评课技能经验不足、课堂教学技能掌握不完全的问题，并针对问题提出应对措施，如分散集中实习结合、提升教案书写能力；加强实战训练，增加看课评课经验；通过“试教”和微格教学训练，提高课堂教学技能掌握等措施。同时提出理论和实践方面的保障措施，从而保障学生的体育教学技能的提升。 关键词：体育师范生；教学技能；存在问题；对策 AbstractThe formation and development of teachers' professional skills is the only way for a teacher to grow up and achieve certain professional skills.
